Priyanka Chopra is in a happy place, personally and professionally. A cursory glance at her social media timeline will show this. The actress –  who is juggling a successful career in Bollywood and Hollywood – on Wednesday shared a lovely image with her husband, singer-actor Nick Jonas. In the photo, the two are seen with their arms around each other and backs facing the camera, walking their dog, Diana. The two were also joined by their daughter Malti Marie Jonas, whose pram can be seen in one corner of the click. The moment was captured by Nick Jonas’ mother Denise Miller-Jonas, Priyanka said in her caption. In her note, the Quantico star wrote, “What dreams are made of…. (heart and baby emojis). #MM #familytime,” providing photo courtesy to her mother-in-law. Priyanka Chopra also added the geotag for New York. Replying to the post, Sayani Gupta dropped heart emojis.

In another post shared earlier this week, Priyanka Chopra is seen on a walk with Malti Marie in New York’s Central Park. Sitting comfortably in her pram, one can hear Malti squealing in joy. Sharing the video, the happy mother wrote, “Love our walks in Central Park.” In response to the post, actors Dia Mirza and Kajal Aggarwal dropped heart emojis. Meanwhile, Priyanka’s Barfi co-star mom-to-be Ileana D’çruz spoke for all of us when she said, “Ugh my heart.”

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas welcomed Malti Marie through surrogacy last year. During an interview with Today.com, Priyanka spoke about the challenging time when Malti spent over 100 days in the NICU. Priyanka described those initial days as “harrowing” and stated that Nick Jonas provided her with strength. 

Priyanka recounted, “I remember he just held me by my shoulders, and I said, ‘Just tell me what to do because I don’t know what to do.’ And he’s like, ‘Just get into the car with me.’ And we drove to the hospital. She was born, and from the moment she took her first breath to now, she’s never been without one of us, ever.”

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will be seen in Love Again and is currently headlining the web series Citadel. She will also appear in Jee Le Zaraa and Heads Of State.
