The Board of Rudra Ecovation at its meeting held on 11 July 2024 has approved the allotment of 2,07,65,000 warrants on preferential
basis at an issue price [including the warrant subscription price (Rs.12/- per warrant) and the warrant exercise price (Rs. 36/-per warrant)] of Rs. 48/- each aggregating to Rs.99.67 crore.
