Samsung has launched another budget smartphone in India named the Galaxy A03 Core. This device will be available in a single 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage variant. The South Korean smartphone giant aims to compete with the likes of Poco M series, Realme C series and Redmi 9 series smartphones with the new Samsung Galaxy A03 Core. This device joins the Galaxy A03s in the series that was released in India in August 2021. The Galaxy A03s was unveiled with a price starting at Rs 11,499 for the base model with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The top-end model with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage came with a price tag of Rs 12,499.

The Samsung Galaxy A03 Core is priced at Rs 7,999 and will be available at Samsung.com, across retail stores and other leading e-commerce portals. The sale date has not been officially confirmed but it will be available in two colour options — Blue and Black

The Samsung Galaxy A03 Core sports a 6.5-inch Infinity V screen with HD+ resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A processor. It is paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded upto 1TB.
This smartphone features an 8MP single camera setup in the rear and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. This device runs on the latest Android Go 11 OS and the company claims that it is almost 20 per cent faster compared to its predecessor Android 10 Go.
The smartphone packs a 5000mAh battery and it is not certain whether the device will come with fast charging support or not. For connectivity, it includes 4G LTE, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 with a 2.4GHz band, Wi-Fi Direct and GLONASS.
It is equipped with an accelerometer, light sensor and proximity sensor. The power and volume buttons on this device are on the right-side panel and it weighs around 211 grams.
