As reported by Times of India, Tata bequeathed over ₹1 crore to his trusted cook Rajan Shaw, including a loan waiver of ₹51 lakh. His butler Subbaiah Konar has been allocated ₹66 lakh, which includes a loan waiver of ₹36 lakh. Additionally, his loyal secretary Delnaz Gilder has been left ₹10 lakh.

An educational loan of ₹23.72 lakh given to a neighbor will not be recovered.
₹5 lakh to one employee.
₹1.5 lakh each to a secretary and another staff member.
Any outstanding student loans of his friend will not be recovered.

Care for Pets

₹12 lakh will be set aside for his living pets.
Each pet’s caretaker will receive ₹30,000 per quarter in advance for the pet’s lifetime.
Any remaining funds, if pets pass away, will be redirected to charity.

Distribution of Assets

One-third of financial properties will go to his sisters Shireen Jejeebhoy, Deanna Jejeebhoy, and Mohini Dutta.
If they wish to acquire assets like cars and paintings, the value will be deducted from their 1/3rd share.
Jewelry and silver articles will be divided among Jimmy Naval Tata (brother), Shireen Jejeebhoy, and Deanna Jejeebhoy.
A one-fourth share in the Juhu bungalow will go to Jimmy Naval Tata.
The Alibaug bungalow at Varsoli village will be given to close friend Mehli Mistry.
Household items (TVs, air conditioners, computers, records, and crystal pieces) will be sold, and proceeds will be divided among Shireen Jejeebhoy, Deanna Jejeebhoy, and Mohini Dutta.

25 Bore Pistol Colt
12 Bore DBBL Gun by Army & Navy

These firearms will be bequeathed to his friend Mehli Mistry.
