The drama unfolded in a bustling street of Kanpur, where a man attempted to snatch the woman’s phone and make a quick getaway. But what he didn’t expect was that his “easy target” had other plans. Instead of panicking, the girl sprang into action, chasing the thief down in full public view.
Eyewitnesses were stunned when she caught up to him and proceeded to give him a firm lesson — desi style — by raining down a flurry of slipper slaps, all while scolding him like a strict elder sister. Onlookers quickly gathered, some stepping in to help, others simply pulling out their phones to record the scene that has now gone viral.
The video, circulating widely on social media, shows the girl fearlessly confronting the robber, with her slippers doing all the talking. “Yeh Kanpur hai bhai, yahan chappal bhi weapon hai!” joked a user on Twitter.
