The 1,073 sq ft apartment is part of Oberoi Sky City, a premium 25-acre residential project by Oberoi Realty. The development offers ready-to-move-in 3 BHK units, studios, and duplex apartments.
According to Square Yards’ analysis of IGR documents, Akshay Kumar had originally purchased the flat in November 2017 for ₹2.38 crore. The recent transaction reflects a significant 78% increase in property value over just seven years.
This high-profile sale underscores the growing real estate demand in Mumbai suburbs like Borivali, especially in luxury housing segments.

Originally purchased in 2017, the sale of these properties delivered an impressive 89% return on investment.
The first unit, a 1,080 sq. ft. apartment, was originally purchased for ₹2.82 crore and later sold on March 20, 2025, for ₹5.35 crore.
The second unit, measuring 252 sq. ft., was acquired for ₹67.19 lakh and sold on the same day for ₹1.25 crore.
