According to jail sources, Muskan and Sahil are experiencing severe distress. They have been struggling with sleep and are reportedly refusing to eat or drink, raising concerns about their well-being.

In a new development in the Meerut murder case, jail officials have reported that the accused, Muskan and Sahil, are experiencing drug withdrawal symptoms. Authorities have observed signs of severe discomfort, which could impact the ongoing investigation. The duo remains in custody as officials monitor their health and legal proceedings continue. Stay tuned for further updates on this case.

In judicial custody for the alleged murder of Saurabh Rajput, his wife and her lover are reportedly struggling to adjust to prison life. According to jail officials, the duo has been experiencing severe drug withdrawal symptoms, making their confinement even more challenging. Authorities are closely monitoring their condition as they undergo the legal process, while further investigations into the case continue.

Muskan Rastogi and her partner, Sahil Shukla, have been held at Chaudhary Charan Singh District Jail since last Wednesday. The court ordered their judicial custody for 14 days, leading to their continued detention.

Sources from the jail have revealed that Sahil and Muskan, both accused in the ongoing case, are experiencing severe distress. According to officials, the duo has been unable to sleep properly and is refusing food and water.

While some speculate that their condition may be due to remorse, jail authorities believe it is the result of drug withdrawal. Senior Jail Superintendent Viresh Raj Sharma stated that both individuals had been long-term drug users, which is now causing symptoms of restlessness and sleep deprivation.

To manage their withdrawal symptoms, doctors have prescribed medication, and a dedicated medical team is closely monitoring their condition. Police investigations have further confirmed that the two regularly consumed drugs and alcohol, which may have contributed to their current state of distress.

Authorities continue to monitor their health while the legal proceedings unfold.

Meerut Murder Case

According to a source, the two accused have not received any visitors since their incarceration.

Rajput was reportedly drugged and brutally murdered on March 4, allegedly by Muskan and Sahil. After stabbing him to death, they dismembered his body and sealed it inside a drum with cement. Shockingly, the duo then took a vacation to Himachal Pradesh, all while deceiving Rajput’s family by sending messages from his phone to create the illusion that he was still alive.

The incident was reported to the police on March 18, leading to their arrest.

Muskan and Rajput had been in a relationship before getting married in 2016, despite opposition from his family. The couple also had a six-year-old daughter. According to the police, Muskan and Sahil had known each other since their school days and later reconnected through a WhatsApp group in 2019.

Muskan Rastogi and Sahil Shukla, who were arrested for allegedly murdering her husband, Saurabh Rajput, due to their affair, are reportedly experiencing severe drug withdrawal symptoms in jail.

According to police sources, the duo has been unable to sleep since Wednesday and has refused to eat or drink. Officials revealed that their condition has worsened due to the withdrawal effects, leading to extreme restlessness and discomfort.

“Muskan and Sahil are not able to sleep properly. They are also refusing to eat and drink,” a police source told PTI. Authorities continue to monitor their condition as they undergo questioning regarding the murder case.

Muskan and Sahil, both long-time drug abusers, are reportedly experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms in jail following their recent arrest. According to Muskan’s father, Sahil allegedly instigated her to kill Saurabh, fearing that he would interfere in their relationship and drug use.

Jail authorities have linked their withdrawn and restless behavior to drug withdrawal. Senior Jail Superintendent Viresh Raj Sharma confirmed that both have been struggling with severe restlessness and insomnia due to the lack of access to drugs since their arrest last week. Authorities are closely monitoring their condition as they adjust to life in custody without substances.

In a chilling crime, Muskan and her lover Sahil have been accused of murdering her husband, Saurabh Rajput, in Ghaziabad. According to police reports, Muskan married Saurabh in 2016 against his family’s wishes. However, in 2019, she reconnected with Sahil, her childhood acquaintance, through a WhatsApp group.

On March 4, Muskan allegedly drugged Saurabh before stabbing him in the heart three times. The couple then dismembered his body and sealed it inside a drum filled with cement in an attempt to hide the crime. Shockingly, Saurabh’s family has alleged that Muskan and Sahil were involved in occult practices, raising further suspicions about the motive behind the gruesome murder.

Authorities continue their investigation as this disturbing case unfolds, sending shockwaves across the region.
