Islamabad, Pakistan — Pakistani authorities have alleged that the recent train hijacking incident has connections to foreign elements, pointing to ‘Afghan handlers’ and an Indian mastermind as orchestrators of the attack.
According to official statements, initial investigations revealed communication between the hijackers and individuals operating across the Afghan border. Intelligence sources claim that these handlers provided strategic directions, while a key figure linked to Indian networks is believed to have coordinated the plot.
The hijacking, which targeted a passenger train traveling through a sensitive region, left commuters stranded and sparked nationwide concern over security vulnerabilities.
