A heated argument erupted at a local medical dispensary when a female employee confronted the owner over unpaid wages upon her resignation. The tense exchange, which was witnessed by customers and other employees, highlighted ongoing labor disputes within the cannabis industry.
According to sources close to the situation, the worker had been attempting to collect her outstanding salary for several weeks without success. Frustrated by the delays and lack of communication, she decided to resign and demand immediate payment. However, instead of a resolution, the confrontation escalated into a verbal altercation.
