A routine day at a State Bank of India (SBI) branch took an unexpected turn when a minor exchange between a bank employee and a customer escalated into a heated argument, drawing the attention of both staff and visitors.
The incident, which was caught on camera and is now circulating widely on social media, shows a female SBI employee politely requesting a customer to return after the designated lunch break. “Bhaiya, aap lunch ke baad aana please,” she can be heard saying in a calm tone. However, the customer appeared to take offense at the suggestion, allegedly interpreting the statement as dismissive.
