Firefighters responded swiftly, evacuating around 70-80 people from various floors of the hotel. The blaze was successfully brought under control and fully extinguished by 6:50 PM. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.

According to the fire brigade, the blaze was contained within the air conditioning unit and exhaust ducting, impacting an area of approximately 1,000 to 1,500 square feet on the terrace of the three-level basement, ground-plus-10-story building.
