PM Modi Vows Justice for Pahalgam Terror Attack Victims, Calls for National Unity Against Terrorism
India collectively mourns the loss of innocent lives in the Pahalgam terror attack, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi leading the nation in expressing profound sorrow and outrage during the National Panchayati Raj Day event in Madhubani, Bihar. The solemn occasion was marked by a two-minute silence to honour the victims, underscoring national solidarity with the affected families.
Addressing the gathering in Madhubani, PM Modi delivered a powerful message of resilience, justice, and national unity in the face of terrorism. He condemned the April 22 attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, labeling it a direct assault on India’s sovereignty and spirit. “The brutal killing of innocent citizens has left the entire nation in pain and sorrow. From Kargil to Kanyakumari, our grief and outrage are united,” he stated, extending condolences to the bereaved families and assuring full support to those injured.
Reaffirming India’s resolve against terrorism, PM Modi pledged a decisive response to those responsible for the attack. “Those who executed and conspired this heinous act will face a retribution far beyond their imagination. The time has come to eradicate the last remnants of terrorism. India’s willpower will dismantle the backbone of terror networks,” he asserted.
The Prime Minister further emphasized India’s commitment to global justice, declaring, “From the soil of Bihar, let it be known that India will identify, track, and punish every terrorist, their handlers, and their backers — no matter where they hide. Terrorism will not go unpunished, and the entire nation stands resolute in this resolve.”
PM Modi also expressed gratitude to the international community for their solidarity and support in India’s hour of grief, stating, “Every nation that believes in humanity stands with us in this fight against terror.”
